We asked for a spacious room with the TV and balconies plus to toilet paper and got one. The location itself was marvellous and unbeatable, a minute walk from Bell Mts Place.

Well-appointed and great-sized units with a balcony. Comfortable location in a fantastic area next to the Winnipeg Art Gallery, the Legislature, the Railway Museum, and the Museum for Human Rights, the restaurants, and coffee shops and restaurants.

The property is quiet and excellent. The staff is very kind.3. The service is helpful and includes paid parking.4. The location is unbeatable, relatively near The Forks.5. It's just off downtown Winnipeg, the Winnipeg Art Gallery, and a restaurant.

The location was fantastic.
There was no hot water for my whole stay. The manger told me he fixed it but it turned out it was not, I had to have two freezing cold showers in winter. Not pleasant.

Conveniently located down town, clean, reasonable price.
There was not enough staff in the restaurants. In the Café we had to wait a while for service as the one waitress seemed busy elsewhere. Also in the Rib Room there was one waiter for the whole place. We only had dessert but the cakes were dry and overpriced.
